Outsourcify is the US-facing brand of Neuvo WebTech LLP — a five-year-old, ISO 9001:2015 certified engineering firm with fifty senior developers in Kolkata and business partners on the ground in California and Illinois. We ship software for US agencies and founders who want senior talent, transparent pricing, and a team that actually works their hours.
Our story
Why Outsourcify exists at all.
In 2021 I founded Neuvo WebTech because I was tired of two things. The first was watching talented Indian developers treated as fungible labor at the big IT services firms — paid by the hour, shuffled across accounts, rarely given the trust or scope to ship real software. The second was watching US companies pay those same firms enterprise rates for work that was, honestly, mediocre.
Five years in, Neuvo is fifty engineers and seven hundred projects deep. We've shipped admission portals for a Ministry-backed Indian university, Uber-style medicine-delivery platforms for California startups, field-service systems for electrical contractors in Rancho Cucamonga, e-commerce stores, mobile apps, API backends, legacy rescues, and every other kind of engineering work that doesn't come with a marketing campaign.
What we kept hearing from American clients was the same story. Hiring offshore is painful. The discovery-call-then- mystery-proposal dance. The uncertainty around NDAs, IP, quality, and communication. The sense you're going to end up with either a Fiverr gamble or a Clutch-listed firm that will charge you $60 an hour for code an intern wrote.
So we built Outsourcify. Same team. Same ISO 9001:2015 delivery standards. Same 95% client retention. But a brand, pricing structure, and website designed specifically for American buyers — published rates, a $500 paid first week, a real US phone number, business partners you can meet in California and Illinois, and a site that reads like software instead of sales.

Neuvo WebTech LLP is the parent engineering firm, founded in Kolkata in 2021. Outsourcify is Neuvo's US-facing brand — same team, same delivery standards, same ISO 9001:2015 certification. The distinction matters because US buyers have different expectations around pricing transparency, contracts, and time-zone overlap than most of our India or Middle East clients. Outsourcify exists to meet those expectations directly.

Where are your engineers based?

All full-time engineers are at our Kolkata, India headquarters — 24/38 Jessore Road, 3rd Floor, Kolkata 700028, West Bengal. We don't subcontract and we don't hire freelancers for client work. Every engineer on your project is a full-time member of our team.
Do you have a US entity?

Neuvo WebTech LLP is an Indian LLP. In the US, we have business partners on the ground — Kamal Andrawis in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and Neil Kristianson in Chicago, Illinois — who handle client relationships, in-person meetings, and contract coordination. What does ISO 9001:2015 certification mean?

ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems. It means our delivery processes — code review, testing, documentation, client communication, security, data handling — have been audited and certified by an external body. Recertification is annual. It's rare for offshore dev shops to hold this certification; it's required for most government and enterprise work.

Our ISO 9001:2015 certification covers information security processes. We sign mutual NDAs and MSAs with assignment-on-delivery IP clauses before work begins. Client code lives in client repositories on client infrastructure — we don't retain proprietary code, we don't reuse it across engagements, and we support data-residency requirements (e.g., the Nalanda University admissions portal runs entirely within Indian AWS regions).
