Outsourcify is a service of Neuvo WebTech LLP. This policy covers how we handle information collected through outsourcify.dev and the communications that flow from it. If you have questions, email [email protected].

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to operate the site.

• Contact information — name, email, phone, company, and anything you include when you book a call or email us.
• Project details — whatever you share with us during a scoping call or over email, including any documents you send.
• Analytics — we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics tool (Plausible) that records anonymous visit counts, referrers, and rough geography. We do not use Google Analytics. We do not set tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to you, scope your project, send proposals, invoice, and provide support. We never sell it, never rent it, and never share it with third parties for marketing. If a project does not move forward, we retain only what we need for our own accounting records.

Where it lives

Operational data — emails, proposals, and invoices — lives in Google Workspace and our accounting system. Client project data lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts; we work inside your infrastructure, not around it. Site analytics live in our Plausible instance and are not shared with anyone outside our team.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct anything that's wrong, or to delete it altogether. Email [email protected] and we'll action the request within a week.

Updates to this policy

We'll update this page whenever the underlying practices change and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes to how we handle client data will also be communicated directly to active clients.
