Are you Shopify Plus certified?

Yes — our senior Shopify engineers are Shopify Plus partners and certified on the Plus stack. For Plus-specific features (Launchpad, Scripts, Flow, checkout extensions, B2B) we bring experience across multiple Plus merchants.
Theme from Dawn or custom from scratch?

For most merchants, Dawn as a starting point and heavy customization on top — faster to launch, easier to maintain, better accessibility defaults. From scratch only when the design genuinely demands it or the merchant has specific performance targets (headless is often a better answer in that case). We're honest about the tradeoffs.
Can you build headless Shopify with Hydrogen?

Yes. We've shipped Hydrogen storefronts on Oxygen, and Next.js storefronts on Vercel using the Storefront API. Hydrogen is the right default now — tighter Shopify integration, better SSR. We'll recommend Next.js only when you have specific reasons (existing Next.js infra, non-Shopify integrations, etc.).
How do you handle checkout customization?

Checkout extensions and UI extensions for Plus merchants. For non-Plus, we work within the available theme customizations and Shopify Functions (discount logic, delivery customization, payment customization). We don't sell you on a pattern Shopify doesn't support.
What about migrations from Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce?

Data mapping for products, variants, customers, orders, and reviews. URL redirects with 301s so you don't lose SEO. Custom script runs verify row-for-row parity before we flip DNS. We keep the old cart running until the new one is verified.
How does the $500 first week work for a Shopify engagement?
